Warranty question for cracked frame

Hi , I have a 2008 kula deluxe that I bought new in 2010. I have found a crack across one of the seat tube welds and wanted to know if this would be covered by my warranty? I run a 400mm carbon post on an 18" frame with approximately 200mm inside the seat tube so I can't see that this would have had an effect. It's not a very big crack (approx 15mm) but the frame creaks now that it is there and I'm not keen on riding it due to the chance of it failing.

Any help you could give would be much appreciated

I have to hold something in my hands before I can say 100% it's a warranty.

Take the bike and your bill of sale to your dealer, they'll take over.

Don't ride it anymore, cracks keep spreading, often inside a tube so you can't see the extent of the damage just by eye.
