Kona Kilauea - Paint Code Options

Hi,

I friend from back home has kept hold of my kilauea frame for over 15 years and i only found out at christmas that he still had it. I'm in the process of rebuilding it with a most of the XTR m950 groupset

I've had to get a bit of welding done where there was an issue with chain suck and there a few chips that need touching up. I don't suppose that you have the paint code for it?

No we never had codes back then. The group would just settle on a colour they liked. I've seen coffee cups, fences, cars, all sorts of stuff used as an example.

Let your painter match with a chip boon or shoot with UV.

The important part is to use a matte clear lacquer after. That's going to make a big difference.
