What year of Kula Supreme frame do you have? I'll need that info to tell you what size shell it has.
For the axle you'll have to ask the crank folks, but first we need to nail down the BB shell. -------------------- |

You have a 73mm BB shell. You're going to want to pick and axle that'll give a 51mm front chainline.

Well it's hard to tell from that site if they carry any, There are 73s that they make. With all the tandem stuff they do it would be a huge hole if they only had 68s.

If I had to guess I'd say 113, but I've never seen one of those cranks over here so that's a real stab in the dark.

The threading in your frame is English.
It might be a lot easier to just take the frame and cranks to your bike shop and ask them to find the bit that connects the two. Somehow I got the impression you were able to purchase the BB from the site you put up in the first post. If that's not the case or they don't have the size you want then a bunch of random folks on the net saying "hey I can get that from XXX" when that's a spot ont he other side of the world won't get you rolling. Any shop's going to have a catalog from their parts supply of BBs and hubs and other parts that they have easy access too. A BB with the dimensions of what you want is scarer now than ten years ago for sure buy by no means is it as rare as something line a left hand Cook Bros crank in a particular colour. -------------------- |

Well I think the cranks are out of the UK so maybe a trip to some bike shops there would be the way to go. Looks like there's a good run of Phil Wood dealers in the UK too. They have an internet order form too so you could always hit that up.
